Supplier Diversity
The Broadlane Group Supplier Diversity Program seeks historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) to participate in contracting opportunities and includes suppliers that reflect our diverse client base. The program encourages community economic development, supports our clients’ supplier diversity purchasing goals and builds successful relationships with HUBs.

Ethics and Compliance Program
The Broadlane Group lays out our high ethical standards and strict compliance with the law in our Ethics and Compliance Program. This code of business ethics and conduct—adopted by the Governance and Ethics Committee of our board of directors—provides Broadlane employees, directors and committee members with the resources needed to conduct business responsibly.
Supplier Rights
Broadlane follows equitable and unbiased policies and procedures to protect supplier rights and to ensure equitable treatment of all suppliers. We encourage suppliers who perceive a violation of these policies and procedures to use our Ethics Action Line at 866.45.ETHIC or 866.453.8442. We keep all communications on the line anonymous.
Supplier RFP/RFI Information
An electronic RFP/RFI enables the Broadlane Contract Manager to request information (RFI), quotes (RFQ), and prices (RFP) regarding goods and services. Suppliers/Vendors receive an electronic invitation (via e-mail) to respond within a given time frame.
