Painless Process
If you already buy medical-surgical supplies through an authorized distributor, participating in the Physician Services program is painless. Once you join, you will still purchase through your distributor but will receive Broadlane pricing on contracted items. For non-medical-surgical supplies, such as office supplies or equipment, you can purchase directly from the vendor on Broadlane contracts. We will send you a welcome packet with the information you need in order to purchase those items.

- Give the form to your authorized distributor representative or fax the form directly to The Broadlane Group at 888.714.4624.
We will send you a welcome packet explaining the process and your Broadlane ID in two to four weeks. It’s that simple.
