Supplier diversity program
Broadlane is committed to meeting the needs of our customers, their associated organizations and the healthcare system. We are also committed to meeting the needs of communities, which often includes supporting economic development for local, historically disadvantaged populations.

Broadlane’s Supplier Diversity Program is designed to enable certified small, minority-, veteran- and women-owned businesses to participate in Broadlane’s contracting activities in all product and service categories. The program covers both purchasing and distribution agreements in many product and service categories.

Our objective is simple: To provide opportunities for certified small, minority-, veteran- and women-owned firms to bid competitively by facilitating their participation in Broadlane’s competitive bid/RFP categories, as well as to provide our customers the opportunity to access agreements covering niche products with qualified and certified diversity suppliers.

Benefits
For customers, Broadlane's Supplier Diversity Program helps identify small, minority-, veteran- and women-owned businesses that serve their particular needs. This assistance saves our customers both time and effort in developing programs of their own.

How the program works
To participate in Broadlane's bid/RFP process, potential suppliers must complete the following steps:

1. Complete Broadlane’s Professional Service and Supplier Profile Form.

2. Review the Bid Categories list and indicate which category you are interested in participating in. If you have only a niche product within a broader category, you should still select that category.

3. Provide a copy of your certification as a diversity supplier by submitting your information to: Supplier Diversity Program, Broadlane, 13727 Noel Road, Suite 1400, Dallas, TX 75240. Recognized certifying agencies include:

Registered suppliers will be included in the relevant competitive bid/RFP process, subject to our customer advisory committees’ endorsement of their inclusion. Broadlane will not include in the competitive bid/RFP process or extend contracting opportunities to any supplier currently listed on the excluded supplier lists of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) or General Service Administration (GSA).
